Please do not call or contact the surgery asking for general information on the COVID-19 vaccine as this is likely to overload our telephone & email/messaging systems, and will cause delayed access to those with a genuine medical requirement to see a GP. Please be assured that Bethesda will be contacting it's patients as and when they become eligible for the vaccine. Please use the link above to check our dedicated COVID-19/Vaccination page.
Please note: The eConsult service is only available from Monday at 8pm until Friday at 5pm.
eConsult Administration Requests - Important
Please note that administration requests submitted via eConsult will have different timelines than that of clinical/medical requests, depending on the type of eConsult submitted. For example, Med3/Sick Certificates may take up to 5 working days to process, whereas requests for letters, completed forms, medical records, or other such documentation may take longer depending on the information required. Please bear this in mind when using eConsult.
For clinical/medical requests, you should expect to receive a response within 72 hours as normal.
